Here we have: A Glide Gear 24-inch cine or camera slider. It has lots of mounting holes for tripod or ball head mounting. Has ~3" solid legs with rubber tips for table top use. Slides smooooothly. Legs only have one of two mounting Allen screws, but are very sturdy. If I dismount the legs, I'll include an Allen wrench for your convenience. A real good slider!
