The king pin tripod stabilizers are set up beneath the overhang of a fifth wheel or trailer, provide stability to a parked fifth wheel and reduce the side-to-side and back-and-forth rocking most RVers feel as they move around their rig. Heavy duty steel and powder-coating finish provide maximum strength and longevity for these rust-resisting stabilizers. The chain is also zinc-plated. The tripod stabilizer has a 5000 lb. load capacity and is adjustable from 39" to 53" in height by simply moving the foot pads inward or outward, fine-tuning the stabilizing adjusting lever It comes with one hitch cup, chain, three bottom pads, three sets of locking nuts and bolts, one top connector with three leg assembly and one adjusting rod. The installation is quick and easy.
