Compared to other mounts where you just slide in the gimbal, the Sunnylife adapter mount actually locks the gimbal in place so it will never slide off while using. You can use the mount for many uses such as putting the Osmo Pocket on a tripod, mounting it to a suction mount to put out of a moving vehicle, using it along with a bike mount, putting it on a selfie stick and running, and many more uses.
